Beechwood’s ICHRA journey didn’t begin with OneBridge.
In January 2022, Beechwood Continuing Care, a leading WNY not-for-profit senior care continuum community, adopted a Notional ICHRA for their organization in an effort to counter rising health insurance costs. After just nine months of being on the platform, however, they faced countless challenges, including payment notice inaccuracies, lack of education and outreach, and administrative disorder.
In October of 2022, after looking into alternative ICHRA administrators, Beechwood switched to OneBridge Benefits and enrolled in the YourWay Funded ICHRA.
