As the in-house expert on funded HRA health plans, VP of Client Relations and Operations Briana Russ carefully ensures the alignment of the OneBridge platform with administrative servicing of plans. And Briana’s main focus is on client and participant satisfaction.
Briana interfaces directly with the OneBridge Product and Development teams to offer and optimize the best possible employer and plan participant experience. She serves as the main point of contact with clients as she receives and provides daily updates and reports on systems and processes.
Prior to joining OneBridge, Briana served as an Account Manager at Meritain Health where she maintained client communications and worked closely with current OneBridge partners Nick Knab and Ryan Schultz.
Briana joined OneBridge Benefits shortly after it was founded as Empire Innovation Group in 2013. On a day-to-day basis, from her home in Fort Worth, Texas, Briana keeps a close working relationship with OneBridge’s clients and internal team members including Client Relations Supervisor Linda Robinson and Senior Administrator Jordan Bridge.
Together, the Client Relations and Operations team at OneBridge ensures that claims processing runs smoothly and promptly and that each participant, employer and administrator enjoys the same positive experience at every level. This, in turn, provides all clients the added flexibility to focus on other areas of improvement and prosperity.
For Briana, the flexibility she provides for clients is reflected in how she manages her teams at OneBridge. Everyone is encouraged to pursue their passions outside of work with Briana spending that supporting her son’s championship little league baseball team. In addition to captaining the Client Relations team at OneBridge, Briana stays busy serving as her son’s biggest fan and travel coordinator.
