We work directly with both employers and their brokers to shape a brighter benefits future with greater individual choice at a plan level coupled with a tax free savings component.
With that goal in mind, we are proud to announce the latest addition to the OneBridge family—Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Ben Indelicato.
In his new role, Ben’s primary focus is to educate the market on the features and benefits of this unique OneBridge offering within the funded HRA market. Simultaneously, he will look to build upon existing relationships OneBridge has established by delivering their legacy products in the HRA and FSA market. One of Ben’s many goals is to expand the overall reach of OneBridge across Western New York and the country.
As VP of Sales & Marketing, Ben will build the OneBridge Benefits sales team as we roll out new products and services to an expanded market. The initial objective is to educate the market on the wholesale changes available to organizations offering health benefits to employees. Ben is especially equipped to lead our team due in part to his previous experience as a sales leader and executive in the HCM technology field.
Ben has led teams that were empowered to help their clients identify new ways to employ HCM technology while ensuring compliance with ever-changing state and federal mandates. At the same time, he proactively assisted in employee development, retention and all-around engagement. Ben looks forward to adding his unique skillset to an already strong foundation built at OneBridge.
When asked about his new role at OneBridge, Ben answered by saying, “My goal is to build on the already great reputation OneBridge has with its partners and clients. I look forward to serving as an educator just as much as a sales executive as we work together to add new and exciting options for employers and their employees that leverage our first-of-its-kind technology platform.”
Ben draws upon his vast experience in the human resources and benefits space as he builds his team at OneBridge Benefits. During his over 20-year career at ADP, Ben served in a variety of management and executive roles including Small Business Services Sales Leader, District Sales Manager, and most recently Major Account Services Sales Executive.
Like everyone at OneBridge Benefits, Ben pursues his personal passions outside of the office spending time with friends and family. He says this time spent with them, as well as meeting new people, provide him with the added perspective and refreshed outlook he relies on to excel in his day-to-day sales and marketing responsibilities.
