With a continuously growing team and suite of product offerings, OneBridge Benefits has moved to a new, larger office space in Downtown Buffalo.
As first noted in Business First of Buffalo, OneBridge Benefits exceeded its own high growth goals when the company was founded in 2013. Having set out to grow to 25 employees by 2020, we excitedly reached that mark nearly three years ahead of schedule. And with nearly 10,000 people reaching their own goals of retirement every day, the services, products and technology OneBridge provides continues to be in high demand. Hence, the need for continued growth and expansion.
The newly renovated offices allow each team member the opportunity to own their daily responsibilities with privacy as well as collaborate on future company initiatives in larger spaces. Having previously our offices in Downtown Buffalo’s historic Brisbane Building, our new and modern work environment is now located just a few blocks north at 170 Franklin Street.
The office was completely built out to fit the current and future needs of OneBridge and its team of over 30 employees with new finishes, customized workstations, a fitness center to encourage a healthy balance of life and work, open kitchen and break rooms, a warm welcome foyer that features branded signage, and even bubble hockey and shuffleboard for ultimate team building exercises and dispute resolutions.
Our entire OneBridge Benefits family, including our most recent hires VP of Sales & Marketing, Ben Indelcato and General Counsel and VP of Product Design, Sheilla Jones, looks forward to growing into our new offices and leveraging it to introduce a whole new suite of plan offerings that is as customized to your business as our office is to ours.
