All while continuing to provide brokers, employers, and employees with invaluable tools and services.
In the spirit of growth, we’re thrilled to announce our latest addition to the OneBridge Benefits team: Director of Business Development, Jason Pappas.
With over 15 years of leadership and relationship-building experience, Jason is focusing his attention on bringing YourWay Frontier to-market, and educating local and national organizations on the future of healthcare.
When asked how Jason’s experience can elevate OneBridge Benefits, CEO Nick Knab stated, “Jason’s skills pair exceptionally with OneBridge Benefits. He understands the goals and needs of all parties involved in the health benefits landscape. We look forward to seeing him develop long-lasting, results-driven partnerships across the country.”
An impressive educational background, Jason attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business. In 2020, he graduated from the acclaimed Columbia Business School MBA program. Along with these institutions, Jason attended the Singapore Institute of Management.
Jason began his career at GEICO, where he worked as an Insurance Counselor and later as an Insurance Fraud Investigator. He then moved on to become the Founder & CEO of Queen City Risk Management, where he focused on bridging the gap between businesses and families to ensure that they received reliable insurance coverage at a practical price. After Queen City Risk Management, Jason served as a Business Development Consultant for Lemonade—a digitally disruptive insurance carrier that went public in July of 2020.
When asked about what excited him most about OneBridge Benefits, Jason had a simple explanation, “OneBridge is going to market with a product that perfectly encapsulates the future of healthcare. I’m looking forward to leveraging my past experience and industry knowledge to build the future of health benefits alongside the incredibly talented and hard-working team at OneBridge. The future of health benefits is being built in Buffalo and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.”
When he’s not using his professional skills to better the OneBridge Benefits ecosystem, Jason (who’s from Buffalo, where OneBridge was founded and is still headquartered) taps into his explorer side. He enjoys camping, experiencing new adventures through travel, and spending quality time alongside his family and friends. He also makes a mean cocktail at the OneBridge happy hours.
