You’re one step closer to having your new health coverage in place. Here’s what to expect next:

Review and sign your application.

If you selected a new insurance carrier, you may need to sign an application (if you haven’t already). Your existing carrier might also require a termination form.

  • Applications and termination forms are sent via email or text message
  • Watch your inbox for messages that require your signature

If you are renewing with your existing carrier, you most likely will not need to compete a new application.

Make your initial payment.

If you selected a new insurance carrier, your coverage won’t be active until your initial payment is received by your carrier.

  • Each carrier handles this process differently, so please follow the instructions you received from your Licensed Insurance Agent (or review the Next Steps by Carrier information below)
  • Be sure to complete your initial payment promptly to ensure your coverage is activated

If you are renewing with your current carrier, an initial payment isn’t required.

  • Continue making your monthly premium payments on time and confirm that your autopay is active

Watch for your ID Cards and Welcome Materials.

Once your new carrier processes your application and payment, you’ll receive your member ID card and welcome packet by mail or email. These materials include important information about your new plan and how to access care.

Set up autopay and download the HRAgo App.

After your plan becomes effective, be sure to set up recurring payments with your carrier using your OneBridge Visa Benefits Card.
