What do you get when you blend a family-oriented culture, leadership that places employees in the best positions to succeed, and meaningful work that actually helps ease the day-to-day tasks of others? You get OneBridge Benefits—a finalist for Buffalo Business First Best Places to Work 2019.

OneBridge Benefits was recognized as a finalist in the micro category (10-24 employees) at a luncheon celebration on Thursday, April 11 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. There were 72 companies acknowledged as finalists across five different categories: micro, small, medium, large and x-large.

The winners of Buffalo’s Best Places to Work are determined by an engagement survey that measures six key engagement categories focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic and trust in leadership.

The luncheon was attended by OneBridge Benefits team members Jordan Bridge, Nathan Ignatz, Antonio Samedi and Bob Juda—all of whom were featured in the recent OneBridge Benefits Employee Spotlight video.

The Benefits of Working at OneBridge Recognized

This marks one of several local and national recognitions for OneBridge, having previously been recognized by Buffalo Business First as a Fast Track Company.

As these companies are selected based on the responses of employees, OneBridge Benefits is proud to offer a positive, rewarding work environment for all of our team members.
